Writing Five Days After the Event, Why Did the Washington Post Get Two AA Pilot's Names Wrong?

Correction to This Article
David Charlebois, an Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University graduate and American Airlines first officer who died in the American Airlines Flight 77 crash, was incorrectly identified in a Sept. 16 article.
A Sept. 16 article recounting the events of Sept. 11 incorrectly reported the first name of John Ogonowski, the pilot of the American Airlines plane that crashed into the World Trade Center.
